Soccer run

On April 6 eleven Ruapehu College soccer players and three staff members ran from Raetihi to Ruapehu College to raise funds. Sponsored by parents, relatives and friends, the boys were raising funds to cover the high travel costs that are incurred in isolated areas such as Ohakune. Laurenson lhr 14mins. Mrs Laurenson assisted on the day by driving a support and hazard warning vehicle. Mr Brebner transported the boys to Raetihi to begin their run.
