SATURDAY NIGHT CAR THEFT
Ohakune Police assisted National Park Police with the apprehension of a Raetihi man in connection with a motor vehicle stolen from outside the National Park Hotel on Saturday night. The man took the car a short distance before proceeding in his own vehicle. He was eventually stopped by Police at Pokaka, 4km north of Horopito. He will be appearing in the Ohakune District Court on 14 April.
