ANGLICAN NEWS Following our very successful, deep and meaningful Church Army Mission, we move into the most sacred week of the year, HOLY WEEK. It is during that span of seven days that Christians watch the changing of the world through the death and resurrection of Jcsus Christ. The following is our schedule: HOLY WEEK SCHEPIJLE FOR RIJAPEHU PARISH 1988 MONDAY: "The Day of Authority" (No services are held on this day) TUESDAY: "The Day of Controversy" 7.30am Holy Eucharist, St. Mary's, Raethi. WEDNESDAY: "The Day of Retirement" 12.00 Noon Holy Eucharist, St. Mary's, Raetihi. MAUNDY THURSDAY: "The Day of Fellowship" 7.30pm - Evening Celebration of the Holy Eucharist of the Lord's Supper in St. Mary's Church, Raetihi. GOOD FRIDAY: "The Day of Suffering" 9.30am Stations of the Cross, Raetihi. 11.00am Stations of the Cross, Ohakune. EASTER EVEN: "The Day of Silence and Sorrow" (No services are held on this day) EASTER DAY - SIJNDAY APRIL 3rd: THE DAY OF RESSURECTION RANGATAUA (St. James' Church): 8.00am The Holy Eucharist RAETIHI (St. Mary's Church): 9.30am The Holy Eucharist and Holy Batism.
