Public submissions are invited on the proposal in accordance with Sections 14 and 49 of the Conservation Act 1987. The Conservation Act provides that any person or organisation making a submission may request to be heard in support of that submission. If any person or organisation wishes to be heard, a specific request should be made in the submission. The time and place of such hearings will be advised once submissions have been received.
