John & Jenny Dobson WAIMARINO COUNTY COUNCIL Cl OSURE OF ROAD TO ORDINARY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC SHORTS HILL PURSUANT to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965 notice is hereby given that for the purpose of permitting the Taumarunui Car Club to conduct a Hill Climb event, the following road will be closed to ordinary traffic for the period indicated hereunder. During the period of closure the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the road; Traffic will not be delayed for periods greater than ten minutes and in cases of emergency, provision will be made for such traffic to proceed with minimum delay. Road to be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic - Ohura Road, known as "Shorts Hill' from the Papa Road intersection to just before Pipipi Road (Mr I Penny's gate). Period of closure: between the hours of 10.00am to 5.00pm, on Sunday 14th February 1988. It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised permit to use the Shorts Hill road fdr ordinary traffic during the period of closure.
