After a full discussion on the matter of the Government's call for restructuring of electricity distribution in New Zealand, to achieve greater efficiency in the industry, the King Country Electric Power Board has resolved: "That in response to the Government's call for change to the electricity distribution industry this board resolves to make further investigations into the options available, which include the possible formation of a corporate structure."
