Results of play Sunday 18 October Sunday's play was Waimarino Golf Club's 36 hole stroke play tournament which was kindly sponsored by the Karioi Grain Company and Elders Pastoral Ltd. Ladies - Senior nett winner was D. Manihera, run-ner-up J. Taylor. Junior nett winner was B. Dempsey, runner-up B. Berridge on the toss from H. Cranston. The senior stableford winner was A. Bird, runnerup was S. Marshall. The junior stableford winner was H. Cranston on the toss from A. Summerhays who was runner-up. Ladies nearest the pin: Senior - S. Marshall; Junior - A. Summerhays. Twos were scored by: M. Rogers, B. Dempsey and P. Mowat. Mens - 36 holes senior gross winner A. Rogers, runner-up J. Ennis. 36 holes junior gross winner ,D. McDowell, runner-up T. Donghi on toss from T.
