Neon sign
An application by the owners of Bavarian Lodge in Raetihi to erect a neon sign on the corner of Parapara Road and Queen Street was approved by the Borough Council at their meeting Monday last week. Town planning chairman Tom Punch said that to avoid misleading the public, the sign should include "lodge" and not motel.
