Court-martial
A soldier will be tried by General Court Martial in Waiouru Military Camp commencing at 9 am on Wednesday 7 October 1987. The soldier faces one charge of sexual violation, two charges of indecent assault, and three charges of conduct to the prejudice of military discipline. The court martial is open to the media and the public under the same conditions as a High Court trial.
