Quick Fit Niche In The Market
Easy to fit electric windows and pop-up sunroofs could offer a great marketing opportunity to installer/ distributors, according to Terry Brannigan, saies manager for George Stock and Company. The company imports italian manufactured Ceda electric windows, which can be fitted in just two hours by an experienced installer, and the Countess sunroof, which Mr Brannigan believes is
"probably one of the best of its type in the world". "We believe there is a great opportunity here for the appointment in some areas of a limited number of installer/distributors who could fit cars with electric windows and sunroofs quickly and economically," he says. The Ceda electric window kit comes complete for two doors and once fitted does not leave a power bulge where the window winder
was - instead it is cable , driven by a small electric motor mounted inside the door well. It can be adapted to fit any pick-up, car.or van and is available in 12 volts or 24 volts for trucks. The Countess pop-up sunroof has been designed to look like original equipment, with a gentle curve that follows the line of the windscreen. It has a fail-safe theft
proof hinge assembly and can be opened at fourdifferent angles. It is available in black or bronze and has been sealmoulded around the edges to provide complete weatherproofing. Further information on Ceda electric windows and the Countess sunroof can be obtained from Terry Brannigan at George Stock and Company, on Auckland 399 319.
