Pony club riders quizzed
Waimarino Pony Club hosted the combined King Country Pony Club Quiz on Saturday evening. A crowd of approximately 100 people attended. Seven teams of five children were asked questions on all aspects oi
horsemanship and care There were two teams from Taumarunui, two from Raetihi and one each from Ongarue, Kaitieke and Ohakune. Although the scoring was close the trophy was taken home by the Kaitieke team.
