No injury resulted, but it was necessary to tow both vehicles from the scene of the accident. ★ ★★ A man returning to his vehicle which left the road on SH49 near Rangataua late last Sunday night,

found someone had stolen three pair of skis from the roof rack of the vehicle. Enquiries are continuing. ★ ★★ Police are investigating the theft of an indoor basketball from the community gymnasium at Ruapehu College.
