Three pairs of skis were stolen from the roof-rack of a motor vehicle parked in Thames Street, Ohakune sometime Saturday night. Enquiries are continuing. ★ ★★ A jacket and a walkman radio were taken from Turoa Skifield on Sunday. ★ ★★ Ohakune Police arrested a 21 -year old Palmerston North man on charges of possession and the sale of cannabis. They also arrested a second person, an 18 -year old Ohakune man on a charge of possession of cannabis. Both men will be appearing in the Ohakune District Court on 27 August.
