You coulda fooled me if it weren't for that key WAIMARINO COUN1Y COUNCIL RAETIHI BOROUGH COUNCIL OHAKUNE BOROUGH COUNCIL LOCAL RECREATION & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SCHEME Applications for subsidies, grants and loans under the 1987/88 Local Recreation and Community Development Scheme are now being called by the Joint ConsUltive Committee which the three councils operate. A wide variety of community groups and voluntary organisations concerned with the promotion of Recreational and Community activities is eligible to apply. This includes catering for arts, crafts and their cultural interest, active and passive recreational and community activities and sports.
