Wholesome recipe
Here's a quick and easy dish for a cold, rainy night. Vegie Pie Put in a bowl: 1 oz melted butter, 2 eggs, 2 sticks of sliced celery, 2 sliced courgettes, 2 grated
carrots, 1/4 c chopped walnuts, 1 c breadcrumbs. Mix and press into a loaf tin. Place grated cheese, tomatoes and sesame seeds on top. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour. Use your own imagination and add any other vegetables you may desire, perhaps, mushrooms, diced kumara or pineapple. Delicious.
