SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENT SKI CARD SAVE 25% This season we have introduced a ski card which enables secondary school students over 1 4 years of age to obtain 25 % discount on a Day Pass, Season Pass and Ski Hire. The Secondary School Student Ski Card is a photo I.D. card which must be presented when purchasing ski passes and Ski Hire. TERTIARY STUDENT ISIC CONCESSION SAVE 25% To help stretch bursaries a little further Turoa offers full time tertiary students a special concession of 25% discount on Day pass, Season Pass and Ski Hire . . . you must be enrolled full time at a tertiary institution in New Zealand and in possession of an I.S.I.C. Card — available through Student Travel Services. Day Pass $ 2 7. 00 Season Pass $431 .00 Ski Hire $15.00 FAMILY PASS SEASON CONCESSION Keen skiing families are eligible for a special concession on Season Passes: 20% off the normal rate. Minimum of four tickets to be of same family name of persons living at the same residential address. Adult $460.00 Child $260.00 OVER SIXTY SKIERS SUPERS/XT/ES SEASON PASS A very special pass, exclusively available to those keen skiers over sixty years of age, it's a saving of 75 % on the normal rate. TUROA — SUBARU SKIACADEMY The Turoa — Subaru Ski Academy is well known for its special Adult Mid-Week programme. Utilising the concept of intense instruction over a five day period, skiing ability can be dramatically improved through these courses, scheduled Monday to Friday throughout the ski season. Individual requirements for ski clothing, tyre chains and roof racks arealso available. A "long-term hire" option enables big savings on equipment hired for more than two days. Turoa South Ski Hire, on the main road into Ohakune on the southern'end of Clyde Street, is well equipped and ideally placed to provide skiers travelling from the South with quick ski-hire service. SKI HIRE WEEKEND WEATHER WARRANTY On weekends, Turoa Skifields offers a special Ski Hire Insurance against sudden weather changes closing the skifield. Ask at the Information Office about the detoils. ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS The Turoa Accommodation Bureau in Ohakune has information on all accommodation and is well-equipped to answer enquiries and book you into the place best suited to you. MOUNTAIN CRECHE Aspiring little skiers (minimum age 1 8 months) can rest and play safely in the supervised creche next to the Skifield ticket plaza. From 9.00am to 4.00pm daily. Bookings are advised.
