Waimarino Squash

The Waimarino Squash Club's interbusiness competition is now drawing to a close for 1987, with he final play-off *ames in the two divisions to be played this week. Four teams are to compete for the two trophies, which have been donated by Winstone Afforestation and the Todd Family. The winning teams from the twelve week competition will hold the trophies till next year. The points held after twelve weeks are as follows: Division One. A club spokesperson said they wish to thank all teams who took part in the games. "To those teams who didn't score high but played for the fun of it we hope you did enjoy it and hope to see you back again for more fun next year amongst more teams", she said. The club also congratulated the teams that made it to the finalsand look forward to some good squash in the playoffs.
