Overnight Saturday offenders broke into the Ritz Dairy in Seddon Street, Raetihi and stole cigarettes to the value of $2000. The break-in was the second such incident this month. $1200 worth of cigarettes were stolen from Frederickson's IGA on 2 May. Enquiries are continuing. ★ ★ ★ Several windows were broken at Raetihi Primary School sometime Saturday evening. Stones were thrown through windows in a classroom block. ★ ★ ★ Fifty dollars in cash and a stereo cassette player were stolen from Vanity Fair Seddon Street, Raetihi sometime over the weekend. Police enquiries are continuing.
