WAIOURU MUSEUM NEWS

The chaps down at the QEII War Memorial Museum are working on an exhibition to be unveiled sometime in the New Year. Called the Colonial Gallery. it will feature vignettes about the Home Constabulary, the'Russian Scare'and the Coastal Defences. Planned for June is a General Freyburg exhibition which will provide the nucleus for the World War II stage of the museum.
