Raetihi cross-country success

Thirty-one children from Raetihi School took part in a day of cross country at Hunterville recently. The children competed against other country schools and performed creditably. The team looked very smart in the "Raetihi" printed T-shirts bought through the school. Two senior pupils who ran well were Shane Whittlestone and Pauleen Taku, with Shane finishing third in the senior boys race and Pauleen coming first in the senior girls.
