OHAKUNE BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER Public notice is hereby given that at a Meeting of the Ohakune Borough Council held on 18 September 1 986, the following resolution was passed by way of Special Order and will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday 20 November 1986 in the Council Chambers, Miro Street, Ohakune, for confirmation. THE OHAKUNE BOROUGH COUNCIL hereby makes by way of Special order in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by the Local Government Act 1974, Sections 86A, 86B, 86C; Rating Act 1967 and of all the other Acts, Powers and Authorities enabling it in that behalf: 1 . To levy and collect rates by way of four instalments in each financial year. 2. The first instalment for the 1987/88 financial year will be due and payable on the 2nd day of June 1987, the second instalment due on the 2nd day of September 1987, the third instalment due on the 2nd day of December 1987 and the final instalment due on the 2nd day of March 1988. AND THAT 17th November 1986 be the last day for objections. Any ratepayers wishing to make written submissionsshould doso by 4pm on the 17th November 1986.
