Last Tuesday night at 11.35pm there was a burglary at the Rendezvous Dairy in Goldfinch Street, Ohakune. The offenders smashed a glass window in the front doort and entered the premises. After they activated an alarm they ran off. Police enquiries are continuing. ★ ★ ★ On Sunday 6 July a car parked outside the Ohakune Club was entered and a purse containing cash and credit cards was taken. ★ ★ ★ Some time in June a caravan in Moore Street was broken into and some ski clothing and food was taken. ★ ★ ★ At midday yesterday there was a two-car collision on State Highway 49 at Rangataua on an icy stretch of road. Police and the Ohakune Volunteer Fire Brigade attended.
