I The Wanganui United Council gives notice that it has I prepared a Proposed Section One of the Wanganui I Regional Planing SCheme, which containsa brief desI cription of the Region and a general set of objectives I and policies to guide development. This section will I form the basis of future sections which will contain I more detailed policies and means of implementation. I Thisdocument, dated June 1986 replaces two earlier I documents dated November 1 983 and March 1 986. The I newdocument incorportes ammendments made as a I result of objections raised and submissions lodged to I the earlier documents, which are now outdated and I should be discarded. I Copies of the Proposed Section One may be inspected I atthe office of the Waimarino, Waitotara, Wanganui I and Rangitikei County Councils, Ohakune, Raetihi, I Taihapeand Marton Borough Councils, and Wanganui I City Council, during normal working hours and may be I mspected without fee. Copies of the document can be I obtained from the Wanganui City Council, P.O. Box I 637, Wanganui. I Attention is drawn to the fact that any local Authority ■ may within two months after public notification of the I proposed Section One, request the Planning Tribunal I toconduct and inquiry into any provision included in I ormatter not included in the Proposed Section One.
