Hunt club in Waimarino

The King Country Hunt Club is to run two hunts this weekend in the Waimarino. Usually the club does not come further south than Owhango. The first is to be held at Harold Windle's property at Middle Road, Raetihi, and the second at Ian Strachan's Karioi farm. In both cases "throw off" is at 12 noon. All local riders are welcome whether they can jump or not. Fences will be lowered over the coming week to form "spars". Nonjumpers can go through gates. The hunt breakfast will be after the event and participants are asked to bring a plate. For additional information please ring Heather Montgomery, 58218, or Pauline Mowat, 54289.
