Results from the USA Skiing Championships for the Disabled. Patrick Cooper: Giant Slalom, 10th; Downhill, 4th; Slalom, lst Gold; Placing overall, 2nd Silver. VivMartin: Slalom, disqualified; Giant Slalom, lst Gold; Downhill, lst Gold; Placing overall - none, must finish all events. Ed Bickerstaff: Slalom, 2nd Silver; Giant Slalom, 5th; Downhill, 3rd Bronze; Placing overall, 2nd Silver. Patrick Cooper lives in Ohakune and both Vivienne Martin and Ed Bickerstaff are regular visitors to Turoa and Whakapapa skifields.
