GUN CLUB
The big event of the year for the Waimarino Gun Club, the Charter Club Shoot will be held this Saturday 22 February. The shoot, which is organised by the Raetihi Cosmopolitan Club, is expected to attract competitors from all over the King Country and Wanganui regions. They will be competing for the Macleay Duff Team Trophyand the Securityand General Single Rise Trophy. The prizegiving will be held at the Raetihi Cosmopolitan Club at approximately 5pm that evening. Visitors are welcome to attend the shoot at the gun club on Ohakune Road The competitors may. stay on for the gun club's monthly shoot which will be held on Sunday.
