POLO CROSSE
The start of the year's polo crosse season began well recently with Waimarino winning two of their three games in Taumarunui. On Saturday 11 January the team won games against Waimiha and Maramarua putting them into the finals where they were beaten 1612 by Rotorua. The Waimarino team was Harvey Godfrey, Russell McLean, Richard Koorey, Doug McLean, Bernice Frost and Enid Windle.
