Peanut Butter Balls l/2 cup raw peanut butter Zi cup honey Vi cup sunflower seed meal (ground sunfloWer seeds) Z cup chopped raisins Mix all together and form into little balls, rolling in coconut if wished. Dried Fruit Candy 1 cup dates 1 cup figs 1 cup raisins l/2 cup sunflower seed meal y2 cup almond meal

2-3 teaspoons grated lemon peel 1 grated apple (optional) 1 mashed banana (optional) 1-2 teaspoons nutmeg y2 cup chopped walnuts Soak fruit 4-5 hours and save liquid. Chop finely and run through food processor. Mix in remaining ingredients and form into one or two legs. Roll in wax paper and put in freezer one to two hours. Cut into circles and press into coconut. Refrigerate or freeze.
