Softball results
The Waimarino men's team were the runners-up in the 15th Annual Association rep tournament held at Patterson Field, Waiouru, over the weekend. There was not as good a turn out of rep teams as there has been in the past, however Wanganui, Taupo,
Papakura and Waimarino counties all competed. Each team played a total of eight games over the two days. The winners of the men's games were the Wanganui team, Braves. Ladies winners were the Wanganui team Panthers, runners-up Braves ladies of Wanganui and third was the Waimarino ladies.
