GUN CLUB
The Waimarino Gun Club held their Christmas shoot last week, which included a ladies and children's shoot. Four prizes were awarded as well as a consolation prize for those who didn't receive a prize in the first four. The results were: (Waimarino Gun Club - W, Taumarunui Gun Club - T, Turangi - Tu) Prize one: 1st Peter Salle, 2nd Gavin Brown W, 3rd Rocks DePetra Tu, 4th Jack Corbett Tu, 5th Snow Brannigan W. Prize two: 1st Steve Redmayne T, 2nd John Dempsey W, 3rd P. Tate T, 4th Errol Sue W. 5th Tony Taura W. Prize three: 1st Geoff Druce T, 2nd Ross Jenkins W, 3rd Gavin Brears T, 4th Alan Connor T, 5th Dennis Morgan T. Prize four: 1st Snow Brannigan W, 2nd Geoff Druce T, 3rd Evan Sommerville W, 4th Wayne Lloyd Tu, 5th Bruce Redmayne T. Consolation shoot: lst DesLundquist T, 2nd Don Robb W, 3rd Gil Martin W, 4th Chfis Wise W, 5th Jack Corbett T. Children's shoot: lst Caleb Dempsey W, 2nd Kyle Dobson W, 3rd Shane Dempsey W. The club's next monthly shoot will be held on 26 January.
