The Waimarino schools athletics sports were held at Raetihi School last week attended by Waiouru, Ohakune and Raetihi schools. Main results were: (R= Raetihi, 0= Ohakune, W= Waiouru). The main results from the Raetihi School sports held last week were: Senior girl: Cheryl Hinana (R). Runner up: Rebecca Ritch (O). Senior boy: Ngaku Te Huia (O). Runners up: Ray Charles Herewini (R) and Kevin Herewini (W). Intermediate Boy: Justin Teaotonga (W). Runner up: James Peni (R). Intermediate girl: Eve Chase (R): Runner up: Wendy Herewini (W). Junior girl: Erana Rogers (W). Runner up: Sherry Hansen (R). Junior boy: Che Barlow (R). Runners up: Trevor Flavell (W) and Shaun McLean (R). R 640. W 566. O 502.
