Softball results

The Ruapehu Old Boys ladies' softball team will be off to the Pan Am National Clubs Tournament in Wellington next year after being the top scorers in the Waimarino games. The ladies completed their games last week and RCOB came first with 18 points, Waiouru Blue9, Pipiriki 8 and Ruapehu College 6. The points system is three points for a win, two for a draw and one for a loss. The men's teams have two more games in their series. Current points are: RCOB 17, Raetihi 16, Waiouru Blue 12, Waiouru Green 10, Ruapehu College 9. Scores from games on Saturday 30 November were: Men: Raetihi 3 RCOB 7, Waiouru Green won against College by default. Raetihi 15 Waiouru Green 8, Waiouru Blue won against College by default, WSB 14 College 2, RCOB 7 Pipiriki 0, Waiouru Blue 5 Waiouru Green 17.
