FAST DRIVERS

Dear bir, I would like to thank the driver of a white vehicle who at approximately 5.1 5pm on Tuesday 19 November drove at such an excessive speed along the portion of SH49A, which has recently been resealed, that the loose stones on the road ended up flying into our windscreen. The subsequent smashing of our screen, through no fault of ours, has cost us our no claims bonus and a $100 excess. I hope the reason for your haste into Ohakune was worth it to you because for us it was not. It is people like you who make it such a pleasure to drive on our roads. Careful Driver Ohakune
