SOFTBALL SEASON UNDER WAY

At rear are members of the Ruapehu CoIIege team. Ruapehu Old Boys began the softball season well on Saturday, winning every game except one, which they lost to Raetihi because of a time limit. Twelve teams played games at Patterson Field in Waiouru and the Old Boys won the competition on points. Ruapehu Old Boys Ladies' team won all their games, but a decision is yet to be made on their placing in the competition.
