SNOW REPORT
Skiers on Mt Ruapehu had a good time over the weekend. About 7000 people were
at Turoa experiencing classic spring skiing conditions on a firm base, said promotions manager for Turoa, Andy Chapman. More people than expected for this time of year were at Whakapapa. Over 6000 people on Saturday and 5500 on Sunday enjoyed pleasant springtime conditions, park ranger, Paul Dale reported.
