GYMNASTICS
Six members of Turoa Tumblers took part in the Junior National Gymnastics Championships in Wellington last weekend, representing the Wanganui-Mana-watu Association. Boys: Grade 8 — Glen Irwin came 45th out of 55, Scott Wise 9/55 (3rd in rings). Grade 6 — Dean Drayton 6/35. Girls: Grade B — Carys Hubbard 5/58 (1st on bars). Reserves Deidre Hamon, Glen McLean.
