RAETIHI IN THAT MATTER of the Local Government Act 1974 AND IN THE MATTER of the proposed Stopping by the RAETIHI BOROUGH COUNCIL of a portion of RAILWAY ROAD Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 319 (h) and 342 and the Tenth Schedule Local Government Act 1974 the Raetihi Borough Council GIVES NOTICE of its intention to Stop a portion of Railway Road more particularly described in the Schedule hereto. Any persons objecting to the proposals are called upon to lodge their objections in writing at the office of the Council on or before 1 November 1985. The proposal is to amalgamate the Stopped Road with the Title to the adjoining land owned by the Council prior to a re-subdivision of the adjoining land.
