CORRECTION Under the heading 'High Altitude Cooking could be a Flop' published in the Bulletin two weeks ago Pablo had supplied a recipe for gingerbread from his mountain kitchen. The recommended ingredients included two-and-one-thircl cups of 'baking soda'. Now we don't know what the effect of so much baking soda — usually dispensed in teaspoonsful rather than cups full — would have on such a recipe but we would advise against it! In fast after checking with Pablo we ascertained that it should have been two-and-one-third cups of 'baking flour'. Those readers who are cutting out and keeping Pablos Mountain Kitchen recipes should amend their copies acco'rdingly.
