Points to remember when driving in the snow
Points to keep in mind ★ Drive slowly especially until you get the feel of driving on snow or ice. ★ Once you start moving don't be tempted to stop — it can be difficult to get started again. ★Avoid wheel spinning and over-revving.
★ Rely on your gears not your brakes when driving downhill — use ot your brakes can cause the car to skid. ★ Learn and praetice what to do when in a skid (refer to the road code for details). ★ When parking use of the handbrake should beavoided — cables can freeze locking your brakes. Use your gears or put stones in front of wheels.
