The Bulletin's birthday

This 'birthday issue' of the Bulletin marks the second anniversary of the paper's launch. During the company's two years of existence the paper has continued to grow, thanks largely to the support of our advertisers. A high quality content of news and pictures is also very important, we feel, and a recent increase in the size of our staff will enable us to continue to improve our coverage of local events. Recent purchases of the latest production equipment also underlines our faith in our product and in the continued expansion of the business sector in the Ruapehu region. To mark our second birthday this bumper issue of the Bulletin includes a full page map which was prepared for us by former Bulletin editor Dennis Beytagh. The map shows the vast number of recreation activities which are available in the area. It is aimed at both visitors and locals as many people who live in the wonderful Ruapehu region often fail to fully take advantage of the many activities the area has to offer.
