Police are investigating the theft of a brown wailet and two sets of keys which were taken from a car parked outside a house in Goldfinch Street, Ohakune overnight on the 16-17 March. ★ ★ ★ Officers are also investigating the theft of a pair of leather calf-length boots, which were taken from the back porch of a house in Martin Place, Ohakune on the same night. ★ ★ ★ Enquiries are continuing into a burglary at the King Country Electric Power Board depot in Mangawhero Terrace, Ohakune. The premises were broken into on the night of 16-17 March and petrol was taken from a vehicle parked inside the depot. ★ ★ ★ On the evening of 15 March, a man was arrested in Ohakune and charged with possession of cannabis. He will appear in the Wanganui Court, ★ ★ ★ In Raetihi, police are investigating the theft of a watch from a vehicle on 15 March at the Waimarino Rodeo. held at the Raetihi showgrounds. •
