Ohakune bowls
The Ohakune Bowling club again won their challenge for the Pluck Cup last week, when they played Rapanui. The competitors in the Ohakune team were: A. Nation, V. Brown, B. Hammond and N. Hays. The next challenge is on Waitangi Day against Aramoho. The match will be played at Ohakune. Winners of the 'Champion of Champions' competition were: Seniors (A) Pairs: A. Nation, H. Cranston. (B) Pairs: B. Hammond, E. Cornwell. Senior Singles: A. Nation. Intermediate Singles: B. Hammond.
