Ngamatea School Prizegiving

The Ngamatea School Cortcert and prize giving was held last Thursday 13 December. The programme started with a comedy play of Spike Milligan's called 'Bad Jelly The Witch' adapted by the.school's Form Two children. All the children from 5 year olds to 12 year olds played an active part in the performance. This was followed by all the children singing and a recorder recital by the Senior children. All Black Andrew Donald presented the children with their achievement awards which were fpr , Pet Day held on 30 November and Gymnastics tested on 29 November. Pet Day Awards & Trophies Junior 'Jacobs Challenge Cup' Carla Benson (102 points), Runner-up Certificate Selena Johnson (101 points). Seniors 'Wanganui Savings Bank Cup' Christopher Whale(100 points) Runner-up Certificate Raylene Whale (98 points). Gymnastic Awards Grade / Selena Johnson, Kelly Chapman. Iron Badge Brendon Morris. Bronze Badge Brett Chapman, Christopher Whale, Melissa Hannsell, Raylene Whale.
