Saturday 22 December • From 9am to Noon All shops will be open (some may remain open later). • 10am Santa arrives in town and hands out lollies to children. Photos of children with Santa. • Ilam Turoa Skifield Auction of property lost on mountain. • From Ilam Free movies for children at Kings Theatre. • Morning Christmas Raffle — 50 cent raffle tickets at most shops for 1st Pri/e of $200, 2nd of $100 and ten prizes of $10. (Raffle will be drawn midday on Monday
24 December and results displayed in WSB Trusteebank window). Also quick-fire raffles, lucky dips, lolly scramble, Chinese foodstalls, flea market. (Note: Stalls are still available to groups and individuals for $10. Contact WaPer Sue at Ohakune TV Electrical. Monday 24 December Father Christmas will be found at Cedar Mall, Ohakune Photo Pharmacy, Reynolds Court, Ohakune TV Electrical. Free videos for children next to Library. Jumblec slogan and window spotting
for children (winner announced at 5 pm). Variety of entertainment on Monday afternoon. Shopping Hours Monday 24 December Late night shopping. Tuesday 25 Closed (some dairies open part day). Wednesday 26 Closed (some dairies open part day). Thursday 27 Open. Friday 28 Open until 6pm. Monday 31 Closed (some dairies open part day). Tuesday 1 January Closed (some dairies open part day). Wednesday 2 onwards Open.
