Nam Wah Pai seminar

Ten sunburned, weary people arrived back in Ohakune late on Sunday 25 November after attending a two-day Nam Wah Pai seminar in Tauranga. The seminar covered a wide range of Kung-fu techniques including Tai Chi, weapons, self-defence, katas, semi and full contact

fighting, and breaking of boards, bricks, chopsticks and bos using external and internal power. About 80 Nam Wah Pai students from around the North Island attended the seminar which was run by Mr Steven Kitson, 5th Dan Chief Instructor in New Zealand.
