'Passing-out' coming up

An intensive 1 2-month course at the Army Training Group, Waiouru comes to an end this week for 115 regular force cadets. Their 'passing-out' parade will be held at 1pm on Thursday 13 December in Waiouru. Of those graduating about 80% will begin apprenticeships in trades such as vehicle maintenance, carpentry, cooking and stewarding. The remaining cadets will join the combat divisions. The officer cadet graduation will be held the following day.
