Community service to be recognised
Raetihi Borough Council discussed ways in which the services of George Chan to the community could be recognised when he retires as Chief Fire Officer at the end of October. He has been a member of the Raetihi Volunteer Fire Brigade for the past 40 years, the last 20 as Fire Chief.
