Des McFadyen, 54387 Raetihi TAUMARUNUI COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER NATIONAL PARK WATER SUPPLY & SEWERAGE LOAN 1984 NOTICE is hereby given that the Taumarunui County Council in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Local Government Act 1974, the Local Authority Loans Act 1956 and amendments thereto, having obtained the necessary sanction of the Local Authorities Loans Board has resolved by way of Special order to raise a loan of $760,000 to be known as the National Park Water Supply and Sewerage Loan 1984. Acopyof the Special Order isdepositedat the office of the Taumarunui County Council and is open for inspection during office hours and the same will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary monthly meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday 13th September 1984 in the Council Chambers, Manuaute Street, Taumarunui. The purportof the resolution is that Council resolves by way of Special Order to raise a loan of $760,000 for the purpose of constructing a reticulated water supply, and a sewerage disposal system to the National Park Township. And further public notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 34 of the Local Authorities Loans Act, 1956, a poll of ratepayers is required to be taken if not less than fifteen (15) per cent of the ratepayers whose names are inscribed on the National Park Community Roll so demand in writing under their hands, delivered or sent by post and received at the office of the Taumarunui County Council, Manuaute Street, Taumarunui not laterthan 9.00 a.m. on 13th September 1984, the date fixed for the confirmation of the abovementioned resolution.
