Gregarious green fingers
A good attendance was reported from the last meeting of the Raetihi Garden Club. The change from afternoon to evening meeting has been a good move. The theme for the evening was the colour to be found in local winter gardens. An astonishing array of bright leaves and berries were brought in by members and used an a very informative discussion. Members are looking forward to the next meeting when a noted horticulturist, Mr Gordon Collier, will speak on staging for show exhibits.
