A new shopping complex — to be known as the 'Cedar Mall' — is due to open in Ohakune next week. The all-weather covered-in complex will comprise a fashion boutique, a menswear store, a shoe shop, a sandwich and deli-bar, a florist and, from October, the TAB office. Workmen were busy last week preparing for the concrete to be poured to form the footpath.
